#icanthearyou but DEFINITELY SAW THAT FLUFF MOVE.

I’m Cathy. Deaf, spotty and extremely invested in everything happening around me.

Loose piece of fur? MINE. Ball? MINE. Foam? MINE. Leaf moving suspiciously across the floor? ALSO MINE. Basically, if it moves, I’ve invented a game for it.

I’m young (DOB 01.06.2023, neutered, vaccinated, chipped), medium-sized, super curious, cuddly, confident and VERY quick to learn. And have you SEEN my little spots?!

Being deaf means I rely on my eyes a lot. So let me see you coming - surprises from behind can scare me. And when something feels weird or threatening, I sometimes think it’s MY job to handle it.

Spoiler: it shouldn’t be. I need calm, clear humans who teach me: “Girl, relax. We got this.”

I’ve already started recall training with a vibration collar and I’m picking it up really well. A confident, stable dog could also make me a great second dog.

So yes, I’m deaf. But I’m watching. I’m learning. I’m cuddling.

And I DEFINITELY saw that fluff move.
