Those eyes. So deep, so sad, so please don’t look too long or you’ll see the whole emotional ocean he’s been through.

Meet Charlie (Color: Brindle | Neutered, Microchipped & Vaccinated) – ex-beach pup, current master of soulful side-eyes and low-key food theft (yes, he had to go on a post-snack binge diet). He grew up wild, shy, and scared of humans, but was saved by a kind woman who fed him for a long time when he was roaming free and now lives at our rescue.

He’s still cautious, prefers you don’t talk to him, and really doesn’t want to be the main character. But give him a leash, a quiet trail, and zero expectations—and he shines for a moment. 

He also will follow you through the garden without a leash – but always with his security distance. But he is getting better, he just needs time! And consistency! 

Charlie isn’t here for tricks or tail wags on command. He just needs peace, patience, and someone who sees his softness behind the fear. A home or sanctuary where eye contact isn’t required, but quiet love is. Also if you have a garden or other dogs – he would appreciate it!
