Give a male puppy a new start in life.
When deciding to take home a rescued male puppy you need to consider that he may have had a traumatic start to his life and he may need time to adjust to your family and home. Also if you already have a male dog consider if they will get along well together when the puppy is grown. All of our puppies will need to be sterlised between 6 and 7 months old and you will need to agree to that when signing the adoption contract. We ask for veterinary proof that this has been done.
Puppies should be fed a good quality puppy food three times a day until they are at least 6 months old. After that they should be fed twice a day with puppy food until they are 12 months old. Then they can be gradually move onto adult food. We recommend continuing to feed your dogs twice a day as this is better for them.
